Accessing New Customers and Markets

Over 90% of respondents to our surveys tell us that expanding their customer bases is the key to their businesses becoming stronger or more profitable. Over 40% believe they need to increase their web based sales. 38% have no web presence at all.

Different businesses face competition from different prime competitors and so although it will play a huge role in the future, it is not all about the web and social media.
